The Son Parera estate is situated on the north of Mallorca within the municipal district of Muro, one of the few places where the Mallorcan agrarian flavour has endured the passage of time.
There is a method in Son Parera which underlines vegetable life, including the landscape. It is the northern wind called Tramuntana, a continuous intense wind, which when blowing invites the olive trees to reverence at midday.
The soil is kept with natural grass to prevent erosion, respect the environment and to favour the reproductive cycles of the beneficial insects.
In its 25 hectares there are 5.200 olive trees, all of which solely produce Arbequina oil. On the estate our agricultural advisors keep vigil so that the olives are pampered and taken care of, all of which reflects in the extra quality of our oil.
